Welcome to the NMB Artist Database. Our main goal is to capture Data of all the artists involved in the local Creative Industry. We are looking forward to a great networking connection between our artists and other art interested/related roleplayers. We believe that it is essential to have this information available – in order for the local Creative Industry to flourish & develop best.

Since the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown, Annette du Plessis, a local artist from Nelson Mandela Bay, began setting up her long standing vision for a local artists’ database, through a Facebook Group.

The need for an extensive local artist database, is critical in order to provide best support to the local Creative Industry – for them to flourish best and to reach higher development growth.

It is absolutely incredible how many skilled, gifted & talented artists – from children to the elderly – we have in Nelson Mandela Bay!

In this section is the NMB Artist Database in list format – of the local artists who have formally registered. The list includes details of the artists names, areas, contact details, email addresses, social media & website links, as well as the various categories they are involved/talented/skilled in.

We have a vast array of skilled & talented artists in Nelson Mandela Bay.
